Form 1095-C Availability

Beginning in 2025, Form 1095-C is no longer required to be mailed to each employee who was offered medical coverage.

 

Key Points to Note:

 

Availability: 1095-C forms are completed and available by the end of February each year.

 

Tax Filing: The form is not required to complete your income taxes.

 

Requesting a copy: If you would like a copy of your 1095-C form for your records, please contact the Employee Service Center at 1-866-445-8885 or through Workday Help.
