MetLife utilizes the PDP Plus (Preferred Dentist) provider network. Your benefits can be maximized by using an in-network provider.

Agropur’s dental plan has been designed to utilize MetLife’s broad network while also giving you strong coverage if you choose to visit an out-of-network dentist office. The dental plan reimburses out-of-network dentist offices at 99% of the reasonable and customary fee. This means the plan will reimburse out-of-network claims as if they were in-network in most cases giving you greater overall access to dentist offices in your area.
