Benefit Begins	Injury: 1st day Illness: after 7 days
Benefit Duration	Up to 26 weeks
Long-Term Disability
Benefit Amount	Replaces 60% of earnings, up to $10,000 per month
Benefit Begins	After a period of 180 days
Benefit Duration	Up to Social Security normal retirement age
